During this COVID period, Low Vision Services is open for in person and telemedicine appointments. Our protocols require compulsory wearing of masks, a focused evaluation to limit face to face time in office, a limited waiting area that can only accommodate one family member, and you must call from your car before entering the office. Please complete and send registration forms prior to the appointment. Bring copies of insurance cards and have referring doctors email and updated eye reports sent to lowvisionservices@myupdox.com or faxed to 703-687-1744. Please call 703-652-7803 for appointments or for questions, please leave a message here.
